yes, this is just a guess, but the kurd massacre that Saddam is being tried for presently charges him with slaughtering 10's of thousands of kurds alone. So, I am guessing the number of killed are not remotely comparable.

US Coalition 45,000 Iraqi civilians killed since military invasion of Iraqi

I'm sure we'll catch up eventually.

Well, now that you mention it...

Look, the only reasons that made any sense to me to invade Iraq in the first place was to rid the world of Sadaam and take control of the oil, but nobody seemed to want to say that out loud either. If these people actually wanted to be civilized they would have ousted Saddam themselves and then let us build their oil infrastructure to a massively profitable level, then kick out our oil companies nationalize it (like the Saudis did), and drive around in Ferraris.

Not that I thought that it made much sense to invade Iraq--I just prefer to not be lied to about it.
