OH NO, if tower closes i will only have 7 record stores in a 4 block radius to my apartment!!!!!!

hah! the jokes on you..

i would only have 6 within 4 blocks of me!! well, 11 if you wanna give me three more blocks to play with.

Jeebus, you guys are lucky.

In my city of over 250,000, we have a Tower, a Best Buy, a Circuit Shitty and a used CD store.

BB and CC do not count as CD stores, so Tower's pretty much all I got. Except for Timis & Dalen. And maybe Spontaneous Poet. 8)

No Tower stores here in Nebraska, We do have Circuit City and Best Buy, but I never go there. We also have some shitty stores like Music Go Round and CD Warehouse or something like that. I usually go to Homer's, which is the Nebraska equivalent to places like Sonic Boom in Seattle.

I like the Tower Records store here in Chicago.
Some good finds there.
Paul Weller B-Sides collection (Jap. import) for only $1.99 in the cut-out bin. Not sure how that happened. But it was cool.

I'll miss it.

yeah, that import cut-out bin has some interesting prices - mostly good, and always worth looting through.

Was it because of it's NSFW-ness or just because they're prudes? To me that's bullshit. These damned stigmas attached to masterbation need to end. We parade our drinking, our smoking, our one night stands, our swearing, our music theft, but when it comes to the unharmful (in most cases) and natural act of masterbation people get up in arms.

Fuck that! I bite my thumb at anyone who considers masterbation loathsome. What you may be watching while in the act can be scrutinized and cause for judgement but the act itself is unfuckablewith.

You better stay clear of the Berea (OH) Public Library, and/or congregating children, then, bucko.
