You have just insulted every 50 yr old I know.

It's established fact that S & G are only listened to by sensitive 20-something indie types or senior citizens who suffered a lifetime of learning disabilities. Place yourself in whichever demographic you're closest to.

That'd offer a welcome break for the sled dogs.

Simon and Garfunkel suck for all the same reasons that Elliot Smith sucks.

I like quite a few songs, particularly "American Tune," "A Church Is Burning," "Richard Cory," "Kathy's Song," "Bleeker Street," "The Dangling Conversation," "For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her," "Overs," "My Little Town," "A Poem On The Underground Wall, "Bookends," "You Don't Know Where Your Interest Lies," and a bunch more.

I have their greatest hits CD, cuz I liked a few tunes in my youth.

But a couple of years ago I burned that CD & a vinyl album that a friend gave me, & I was just sittin' here thinking "Jeezus tits...a lot of this is flat-out fucking horrible".

And as a side note, I know it was Simon solo...but everytime I hear "You Can Call Me Al" it makes me wanna track down his Mother & punch her in the uterus.
