So now that I have the coffee house / bar job, and have 7 gigs lined up between now and October 5th (spread across 2 bands), and generally sleep in until late afternoon, and don't currently have internets at home, I've been scarce of late.

I'm sorry.

xoxoxo,

Colin

My most recent music purchases:
The Flatlanders - More a legend than a band
The Flatlanders - Live at The One Knite, June 8th 1972
The Flying Burrito Bros - The Gilded Palace of Sin and Burrito Deluxe
Gram Parsons/The Flying Burrito Bros - Sleepless Nights
Gram Parsons - The Complete Reprise Sessions

np: Jurassic Five on the work stereo
now thinking about: the new song that my band is playing Tuesday night at Beerland, Texas on Red River St in the A-TX

Fuck Yeah!

Spider House - it has a full bar as of January First.

I'm sitting here, drunk - waiting for verybody to get done closing down so that I can go skinny dipping - and drink more - and then (hopefully) head home with a sweet young thing.

I love my job.

I was wondering how many posts into the thread it would take you to mention something like that. Just like tootsie roll pops, the answer is apparently three.

Mr Owl,

How many posts till Colin mentions getting some Fresh? One... Two... Three.

I feel your pain Colin. But now I'm back, and able to visit the board, albeit only from my front porch, where the city wi fi works.

I HATE it when his justified smugness is also the perfect closer to an argument.

Ass.

Oh, you're probably just gonna pass out behind a dumpster after getting a blowjob from a 53-year old waitress.

Humming Kings Of Leon's "Trani" during.
