I'm sick and tired of bailing out my coworker for every single client he fucks up. He's a great guy otherwise, but he's fuckin' up my workday and I've had it. We're having THE talk tomorrow with our boss. And sorry to say, it's gonna be a BASH THE COWORKER day.

This weekend cannot come soon enough.

Sorry, Ficks...at least you'll look pretty in your new dress.

I can't even begin to tell you about the level of stress I've been under. It's truly insane...to the point that my confidence has been shaken. I won't go into detail, but I'm definitely having a hard time and struggling to keep my sanity. Luckily, I've scheduled two vacation days resulting in a five-day weekend. If the gods are on my side, I plan to return a new person with a serious vengeance.

In case you're wondering -- we had the talk. Shit, we were taken to Rodeo Drive for lunch to discuss our issues. I was constructive, not demeaning, and feel it went over well. He took it like a champ and realizes that he has weaknesses -- we'll see how things look in a couple of months.

I feel a little better.
