 Post subject: Should I get a chord organ?

They're absurdly cheap on eBay. I don't play any instruments but, from what I've read, they're played in much the same way as an accordion and one of my best friends plays the accordion so we should be able to figure it out easily enough.

Also, I've been told I have good piano hands because of my long, thin fingers. And my grandfather played keyboards so it would be almost fitting.

I don't own any instruments and don't know how to play anything. So I'm just afraid I'm going to be shelling out money for a new desk.

I had a Magnus as a kid, along with a ton of the song books. It was fun, though I displayed no aptitude whatsoever.
