Oh bugger. No fans? Jeez i sound like poptodd. I think this has managed to topple Television Personalities at my no 1 spot for this year. I think.

I gave it a passing listen the other day. Not expecting too much from it, though.

It kicks Comets On fire's butt-ocks. Seriously, i love the production so much, so many layers, so much going on. I would advise giving a more serious listen.

I will, but not on your recommendation, because you dare compare it to Comets.

Dude it's metal at it's best. I just really loved the whole assembly of the song that i stuck up, certainly one of the less heavy tracks, but i loved the stoned out speed of it and then the precise cymbals and then the second guitar kicking in. Oh god i need to find some Cumondagny.

I would love to hear opinions though, even if they are negative.

Got to give them credit. That is a fucking tour, man. All these pansy bands who do two shows in NY and then go to the 10 most populous cities in the US and call it quits need to take a lesson here.

Hell yeah, we have brit bands moaning about having to play so many gigs in a row on our tiny island.

Wait a minute, they played The Scene in Glendale? Holy crap, that place is a teeny tiny no bit joint.

No, that sounds like my type of gig. What are the venues like at Austin for SXSW. Do they have loads of dirty, dive bars showing gigs?

Austin's problem...well, no what am I saying, it's not a problem...within a block area, you've got TONS of bars to choose from.

But are they dirty and divey? Hell i'm sure they are. Fuck it. Hey, must be a website that lists the best/worst dive bars in the USA, or over here. Me search.

Let me know what you find. I would like to do a dive bar tour of North America. Although, I guess that's what touring is.

More to come. I need to find out the what the bar in Hollywood was called that i spent an age at. Serious alcoholic bar. I loved just sitting in the corner and listening to all the deals that got done. I can certainly imagine Bukowski at home in this place and i cannot remember the damn name.

Anyone have the whole album? I'm a big fan of the Melvins, I'd love to hear this.
