My parents and sisters used to be obsessed with this album when it came out. I was ten at the time. I kind of liked it.

and to rank it higher than OK Computer? I mean, I'm a reasonable man, i can understand if you don't like Radiohead -- many people don't -- but in what parallel universe, in what galaxy, does Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill rank higher than Radiohead's OK Computer?

It's a good album which I only happen to dislike because of overexposure not because the songs are bad. Later stuff is irritating as hell, but Jagged Little Pill I used to like a lot.

I'm not ranking them based on importance or artistic merit or anything like that. I'm ranking them based on how much I like them.

And I'd rather listen to JLP than OKC any day.

As a Radiohead fan, I only base my judgement off of the Alanis/Radiohead tour of the mid 90's. When Alanis, the headliner, covers one of her opening bands songs, she immediately loses a few points.
