I just burned and zipped it to a studio laptop. Uploading it now. Seems to be taking awhile, but it's probably the fault of the boss's service. Anyway, should have it linked next hour. Had to rename all the tracks because the disc is an advance copy with no track info on it.

Delaney Bramlett is still alive?

This should be called "The Killer, Jerry Lee Lewis and the Gang Rape All Stars"

I mean, was this recorded at LARRY'S?!

When does this come out. I echo whoever Phyllis Montana LeBlanc is in saying that despite current monetary troubles, I gotta get my own copy of this.

I'm downloading the torrent right now; If it seems like a good rip, I'll up it asap.

Kinda scatred that this could suck, but always been a Jerry Lee fan.

I'll up a second link as well. The set I've got is at 192, so it'll be a bit smaller.
And damn does it sound fucking good.

Thanks for the hook up.

Don't suck...that's for sure.

I do wish they would have just wiped the guest stars off it and let the man take control, but he does a pretty darn good job of overshadowing the guests anyway. He can still pound the keys, still has that swagger. The opener is just great, cuts that guitar down pretty darn quick, takes the song apart and turns it into a rockabilly piano classic.

Some great moments, but again, I just wish they'd put out a pure Jerry Lee album without thinking thaey had to invite half the planet over to get it released. If it really did take all those other names to get a label to put out a Jerry Lee album, the recording industry should be deeply ashamed.

Still, gotta give it a better listen than I got in the car, but I imagine I'll give this one more than a few spins eventually.

I knew this was coming. I'm too easy to track where I am to have said it myself. :D

That opening track is fucking awesome and pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the album.
