Actually, I have been a bit stressed. Low on sleep, too.
What is PTSD?

EDIT:
Got it "Post Traumatic Stress Disorder". It may be, but I do think it is physically-related to the surgery. Doctors think so too.

Oh, and I have been feeling a bit better since I ate lunch.

I know of it because someone very close to me has suffered through the 'exact' symptoms.
