Moving my AOL email contacts to Gmail?? Help!?

I'm in the slow process of switching all of my AOL email addresses over to Gmail.

My work account has about 950 email addresses that I would like to avoid typing in each one manually.

To import email addresses to gmail, they have to be a .CVS file.

the question, is there anyway to save my AOL emails as a .CVS file to export em?
