It's really only been 2 days, Montgomery --> Birmingham ---> Guntersville ---> Cullman on Monday.

Cullman ---> Huntsville ---> Cullman last night.

Cullman --> B'ham ---> Montgomery today.

Dr. Belser keeps the scotch flowing. Hampton Inns are awesome.

That always happens to me when I've been away for awhile. I'll wake up and freak myself out.

I always remember when I've gone to Wendy's though. It's hard to forget a double mushroom melt.

Hampton Inns are pretty effen sweet. Stayin in those on tour was always a treat.

So what are the plans for today? More Wendy's? Chipotle? BBQ?

Does that bed come with batteries?

And i dig those nuggets. With the BBQ sauce.

You know what i'm digging down here that they don't have (as far as I know in IL)? Chick Fil-A. And Whataburger.

Chick Fil-A is the shit. Whataburger has always been a mixed bag for me. The only thing that sucks about Chick Fil-A is the day you need it the most, it's not open.

I'll give you an inside tip: Get a side of "Buffalo" sauce (used for nuggets) to dip your waffle fries and maybe even your sandwich in.

I have to give Derris credit for this development, but it is fucking GOLD.

Never even heard of Chick Fil-A. Is this a must try next month?

When I feel like being somewhat healthy, Chick Fil-A has the only tolerable Grilled Chicken Sandwich in the fast food world.

What about waking up and not knowing WHERE you are? Or even HOW you got there?

Once, in my younger years, I went for a boozy student night out in Greenock. The next morning I woke up around 5am in a deserted shopping centre. I wasn't in Greenock anymore. I wandered around the lonely streets of this strange, never-before-seen town (there wasn't even anyone around to ask) until I finally found the train station. I was in Clydebank.

Big deal you think. Clydebank, so what?

Well, Clydebank is on the opposite side of the Clyde Estuary from Greenock and only crossable by ferry. I always wonder how exactly I got there since I suspect there are no 2am ferry crossings shuttling drunks across the Clyde and the nearest bridge is a good 15 miles down the river.

One for the ages.

It's pricey, but damn good. Put yourselves in the ATL crews hands, they like to eat and eat well.

Must have been a 2 a.m. ferry crossing.

Once i woke and I figured out pretty quickly that instead of heading south on A-1A (beachside highway in FL), i had crossed over a mile long causeway, through Merritt Island over another mile long causeway, and then proceeded to head north up US-1 for about 20 minutes when i came to. Yeah, i shouldn't have been driving.
