The only reason I care about the Twins right now is that both they and Detroit can keep the White Sox from making the playoffs this year after winning it all last year. It's always nice when the defending champion can't repeat, unless it is my Nebraska Cornhuskers in Football.
That said a NY subway series will probably make this years World Series ten times more boring than the last two for me.

i dont even remember who we got in those deals. jesus h. we still have a ton of pitching talent, fortunately. watch out for Tim Lincecum. Also Matt Cain has been pretty much unhittable the second half.
