Using any kind of aircraft to harass or disturb wildlife is a crime punishable in federal court by up to a year in jail and a fine of up to $100,000, according to the state attorney general’s office.

I'm a little scared that the Federal government has a regulation on the books prohibiting this type of activity. That makes me believe it happens somewhat regularly.

hey, what is up with your links? why are they all redirections?

many years ago in alaska, there was a guy who'd kidnap women and take them out to the barren tundra in his plane. then he'd drop them off and hunt them down while flying. i'm pretty sure that has something to do with this legislature.

They aren't intentional redirections, I just used tinyurl to make it shorter for the post, after receiving frequent complaints. It goes to the story I was quoting.

Why have they not made this into a movie? I think it would be awesome, even better then Surviving the Game.

well, this sucks. It's a hell of a lot more fun than just hitting wildlife and small children.

Where I worked on the Outer Banks in NC there were wild horses. They were protected and the state had to move them to some more secure location because toursits would come and ride on the dunes in places that were prohibited and accidentally smash into some of the wild horses. It used to be awesome to be surfing and look to the shore and see a wild horse roaming around on the beach.

The bastards (tourists) got slapped with up to 20,000 dollar fines though. I guess that makes it somewhat better.

Yes, but it isn't exclusively about some guy hunting woman, who would most likely be hot and scantily clad, from an airplane. They could take some creative license and keep the story.

Is that one on the right a reindeer or did you slip in a picture of a Caribou?

Whoa, weird quote action, Promethium...

I dunno about the deer/reindeer thing... I just took it from a "deer" Google.

I know, I think I hit something that messed up your initial posts and I couldn't undo it, due to my stupidity and lack of techy skill.
