We all pretty much sucked this week--lots of 10/17's.

Props to the GA crew--I didn't think you'd cover under your QB situation. Consider me schooled.

This weeks scores were around the same as last weeks, 10/17 this week compared to 14/22.

2. Schadenfreude/Saint Longhorn 41
4: Pretty much everyone else
10. Derris
11. Mutty
13. Jagged

I know alot of people hate these football threads, but I wanted to remind everyone to make their picks ASAP, so they don't forget. The final lines are out for the week.
I figured a reminder was due when the majority of the top five had yet to make their picks.

FT and hookedonstars have about 13hrs to make their picks. I shouldn't remind FT since he is in the lead, but I want to play fair.
Plus, it would suck to lose to two five players up to this point in one week.

I think I am doing pretty good so far today, I picked Colorado against the spread and only have two losses so far. I believe I am at least tied with FT right now for overall lead.

if current point differences hold, this will be my worst week yet. i updated my choices on thursday and thought twice about a few after then, but never changed them. oh well...

You are right, but you had one of the best week overall. It was the most brutal week to date for this little competition.

Billzebub aka Ben Toothlessberger brought this up on the Pick'em site, since Rutgers is ranked and they play Friday night, all picks have to be in five minutes before that game starts or roughly 6:55pm.
I suggest you make your picks a day or two earlier than usual or ASAP so nobody forgets this week.

The conference season begins, so there are some intriguing games.

I believe I picked Rutgers too, but I am hedging all that on the fact I think Nebraska will annihilate Kansas who just played South Florida and that Rutgers is indeed worthy of a ranking.

Derris and Stop Breathin should be leading after this week, Derris is 10-7 right now, but I am guessing he will be 10-8 if the dawgs don't cover. FT is 10-8.
Schadenfreude should be up there too, either tied with the both of them or one back. FT and myself should be tied with Z for 2nd or 3rd in the standings overall.
Not a bad week, but nobody was stellar.

I was out of town this weekend and forgot to update sunday night.

Stop Breathin is in 1st
Z and Huskerpunk are tied for 2nd
I'm in 4th
Schadenfreude and FT are tied for 5th

Mutty had the best week going 12/19, several people including most of the leaders were 11/19.
