This morning i sat at my usual smoke spot and spotted one beautiful but lonely toadstool that must have sprouted up overnight, after all that rain.

I've decided to name it Roland after the lonely character in my buddy's novel.

Roland

I decided to spend a few hours searching out some possibilities for the
world's first mushroom model agency. It was quite difficult because i never knew how stringent copyright laws were on mushrooms. But i managed to get permission to show portfolios of a few shrooms.

This is lovely because you could mistake it for a family of pink flamingo's if you were not sober.

If you replaced the holes with a plastic material this would make a lovely see-thru handbag.

JUst beautiful, it looks like it is struggling with some kind of foot fungi?

More random stuff to come, the drunker i get.

Hey what's the ryder cup score?

Can I play?

I found these sinous fungi on the moist earth near Mont Tremblant in La Conception, Quebec. They resemble brains.

Came across this fungi yesterday during my hike. Big enough for a elf to sit on.

Image

An other interesting thing (for me anyway) was the Blue Hawkers, a species of dragonfly that is quite common in the Scottish Highlands. Not the best photo but gives you an idea. Impressive insect, Just an inch or two smaller than your hand (depending on your hand size).

Auditory prejudice, I guess. I'm about to a party to it as well, I need a Caesar in the worst way.

And a mushroom omelette would be awesome right now.

All the fungi illustrated are lovely, but I'm a fan of this one in particular:

The average layperson refers to it as the "Magic Mushroom".

it took seven beers, but my hangover is almost gone. I've been cooking for the past 3 hours and by the time these damned lambchops and dip are done i'm hoping i'll be wasted.

Yeah, the neighnors brought us a fine ham, and I am gonna pop a fine bottle pretty soon here.
