one of the few indie-type artists i like that my wife likes/can-tolerate are the decemberists. i just talked her into going to the next decemberists concert in denver at the paramount 11/14. i'm PSYKED not having been to a concert since march-ish last year when i saw okkervil river open for ... the decemberists.

they are playing 2 shows here plus a free in-store coming up soon. not sure i will be able to make any of the, though i saw them on their last tour and they were great.
