Timis, I'm looking at you because you seem to be the jack of all trades concerning You Send it and Sendspace. Do you or anyone else for that matter have this album in its fullness.

I just have "all fires."

i'd be ever so greatful

i'd simply be grateful for a decent 192k+ copy of "all fires". the 128 i have doesn't seem to do it justice.

I've got a really shitty copy of it. Or maybe it's just mostly shitty to begin with?

I'm downloading this since my bro expressed so much interest in it, but I'm a little out of the loop on this one, what makes it special and what is the RIYL on it.

Well, it's Dan Bejar, Spencer Krug, and Carey Mercer, combining a lot of the idiosyncratic qualities of their other groups into a combined effort.

I liked the first few songs that leaked (all fires, the freedom), but the rest of the album hasn't won me over.

Cool, I just hadn't heard anything about it. Does Krug ever sleep? It seems like he has ten albums out with ten different bands right now.

As much as I like the rest of the output by Bejar, Krug and Mercer, the first listen of their combined effort left much to be desired. I was highly anticipating this, and while I didn't dislike it...so far meh.

yeah, dunno, it's really weird, and not in an inviting way. maybe it'll reveal itself with more listens.

I liked it alot, especially some of the middle tracks. I didn't think Bejar or Krug's voice overwhelmed any tracks. I haven't been the biggest Destroyer fan due to his voice, but I thought it all came off pretty good here.
I'm not a fanatical fan of any of their bands, so that might be why I really liked it. Plus, I had little to know expectations going into it, except that it might be really wacky and a bit too pretentious for me.
