Need some help, peeps. Think back a few seasons... Homer receives a bill at the end of an episode and he says, "send it to........"

the next scene a character is seen sitting in his library with a hat and a long nose when an arm comes into frame holding a bill. I think it's something royal like Duke Hooknose or something similar. "I don't recall..."

Help... driving me batty!!!

marge receives a bill in an episode like 2 years ago and tells a cabbie to send the bill to "Baron Kissalot" or something along those lines. He's german and has massive lips. is that it?

i love the cabbie/Bronson voice that they always use for misc. characters:

"This. Ain't. Over."

"So, you don't like the old time bikes, eh?"

"Don't mind me folks, just getting the old wet dry vac"
