We all have something to complain about, but...

Do the breaks seem to generally go your way?
Things eventually turn out for the best?
Never really had an EXTENDED run of bad breaks?

A very "PopTodd" thread?
Maybe.
I'm just curious as to the board's general consensus on this topic.

Shouldn't it be "break"? Or are you referring to car luck?

when it comes to cars - i have the worst luck. and it always comes in threes.

in some aspects, i'm lucky. in others, i have bad luck.

In some cases, luck can disguise lack of talent.

Now that we've got that cleared up...

I consider myself a very lucky person. I just don't always see it or fully realize it.

I wouldn't say I'm lucky necessarily. Things always seem to just even out. I'm even Steven.

I'll second that.
I'm not rich or really successful, but I've never failed miserably at anything I should have truly failed miserably and I've never been hurt or damaged by some grave misfortune. I also have a job that allows me to hardly do anything, so I am quite lucky.

I voted for lucky. Even though things often feel like a struggle and I've had some bad shit happen to me in my life. Every once and awhile I hit periods (like now) where I look back at how far I've come and realize just how lucky I am.

I've worked my sweet can off for everything that's ever gone down in my four decades traipsing about. Luck got nothing to do with it.

If I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all.

i was trying to think of a snappy line here and could not come up with anything. sometimes the topics are so stupid, they create a black hole where not even sarcasm can escape.

I'll let you know the next time I'm in the city.
Then you can try it, tough guy.
