Oh Geez! Nobody gave the right answer. The answer is, at 30 degrees below (that's 30 below) one would possibly borrow the neighbor if he/she is hot and bundle up, 'cuz the closer the Insulation is to the body the warmer.

Okay that's it *rubbin' hands together* nothing more to expand on this thread.*evil grin*
