Seriously, every third review on AMG is written by that guy - and written pretty damn well to boot. The guy's gotta be a music-devouring maniac who makes our own FnB look like radio-loving pop tart in comparison (no offense Tony).

No posturing BS like Pitchfork, he puts things in historical perspective and rarely if ever falls into the droning cadence of Christgau.

Anyone know much about that operation? It fascinates me.

Y'know what. I never pay attention to the reviewers names over there. I should because I seem to do so everywhere else. So I'm gonna take this thread as a reminder to read and remember the names at AMG.
