Because for awhile no one was getting registration e-mails, I wanted to make sure anyone who signed up but couldn't sign on knows that the problem is fixed. There are a lot of users with 0 posts, and a lot that I confirmed manually. Instead of digging up all their e-mail addresses, I thought I'd just send out a mass e-mail. Sorry if it was irritating to anyone.

hardly irritating. more concerned that some sort of odd post-hack problem was floating under the radar...thanks haq!
