I can't wait for Chicago to tear the Arizona Cardinals a new asshole Monday night.

I only wish that Kurt Warner was starting so he can cry to little baby Jesus after getting a mouth full of sack.

Yeah, I think that The Packers can avoid defeat this week.

Hey, that AJ Hawk though...what a beast! We'll trade you a healthy, young QB* for him to replace your embarrassing old man Farve. What do you say?

*Kyle Orton (no tradebacks)

I couldn't find any pictures of Bears mauling a Cardinal so these will have to do:

No matter who the hell the Bears are playing, threads like this make me nervous.
Because one of these weeks it ain't gonna happen, and then payback's a bitch!

Aren't you Bears fan getting fearful of being like the Colts last year?
Dominating the regular season and almost going unbeaten and then choking in the playoffs.

No, because my team isn't picked to go to the Super Bowl every year in the preseason. I'm going to enjoy the ride, no matter what the outcome is.

Besides, it's early October. Who the fuck is already thinking about January?

And me. I'm praying that my friend with season tickets decides to ask me to tonight's game. I'll have just enough time to run home, grab my bears t-shirt and grizzly paw and jet back down to Soldier Field. Pray with me, kids.

The reason why I think it's foolish to discuss the playoffs at this point is because you can pretty much ship the Bears the division and a first round bye. However, the playoff matchup itself is going to determine whether the Bears are successful.

For example, we would shred the Cowboys but the Eagles would give us all sorts of fits, because the one weakness the Bears defense always has is matching up against a mobile quarterback who is also a great pocket passer.

You get Barabbas Leinart instead. Crucify him.

Of course. I learned that after saying to Jeff and Rich, "Hey, how can I get Len to take me to the game tonight?" They looked at each other, laughed, and that was that. Why didn't you say something last night when I was talking about making cookies for him? Setting me up to be the butt of the joke...

I'm still going to wear the grizzly paw tonight.

Oh, and I'll drop off your movie ticket tonight after my session.

I can almost guarantee that the bears are going to avoid any significant injuries this year. It's destiny. They are in such good shape that i think they can avoid injuries.

They're going all the way...undefeated.

Who cares? All I know is this fucking game is going to make my drive home a nightmare tonight. Fuck football. Assholes and their misshapen balls.

They look good right now but there is no way that this happens. Even if they get to 12-0 or 13-0 they will start thinking about resting people, etc.

Just like they did in the preseason?
