Deserves it's own thread.

As it goes, Detroit in six. But, I'm pulling back from my predicted MVP winner (Bonderman), and putting the chips on Kenny Rogers. (Oldest MVP, ever?)

Also, Eminem will surprise & sing the anthem before clinching game 6. This will prove as contentious as Jose Feliciano's rendition at the '68 Series. &, similarly, Ernie Harwell will defend the choice of Eminem (just as he defended the Feliciano selection (which he made)).

I'm taking Detroit in 6, as I said in an earlier post about game 7. I think game one will tell it all. If Saint Louis gets ripped up by a bunch of runs, then the Tigers might sweep them. If Saint Louis wins or keeps it extra close, then it will be a great series.

Detroit in 5 and i think Granderson is going to have a huge series and take MVP honors. I don't think any pitcher for Detroit will pitch enough (mayber Verlander) to garner being an MVP.

Hell even Guillen could be a good choice for MVP now that he'll be back at short. Since he's a former M that we traded for almost nothing (two crap infielders) he'll light it up now.

The NL just smoked the AL 7-2, I'm glad I picked the Tigers in 6 now. I agree the AL is better, but the Jekyl and Hyde Tigers might allow the Cards to take it. Both teams made an improbable run through the playoffs, so whomever can continue the run with decent pitching and power hitting has the best chance.

Lowest ratings in WS history is my guess. Go Tigers, if only because I have seven aunts and uncles and countless cousins who reside in St. Lou, who are annoying Cards fans. Boring city, boring state.
