i have McAfee and spybot s&d as well but it can't delete some of the files for some reason.

Not yet. I don't know much about this stuff, so I didn't even want to screw with it. Since it's on my work computer, I had our IT guy take a look at it and he still hasn't figured it out. For now, I'm on a backup computer.
