So, I don't know if this is a pilot-programme, or a lark, but the AMC where I work part-time is running
this. It actually does look pretty good, too.
But, what would you know, nobody but Indians (dots, not feathers) are coming to see it. Which is weird. I mean, the audiences for
Idlewild were 90% Afro-American, but that meant there were always a few whites & Asians in for it, as well.
I don't get it.
edit: the five o'clock show yesterday afternoon was packed; there were twelve seats left open, if there were to have been just one. It was packed; packed with Asians (in the British sense).
