I wanted the Discovery Atlas show last night on Australia and I'll be damned if besides the Great White, Crocodile, and Dingo, Australia is not the best country in the whole wide world.

They said there are more species of animal life in one mile of coast in Australia than there is in the entire Carribean.

Of course the fact that the 10 deadliest snakes are native there and that there are more poisonous biters and spiders than anywhere else in the world certainly makes my move to Australia a bit tougher of a decision.

And here I thought I was the only one!

I tivo'd this one last night and just finished watching the one on Italy today.

Then later this week I have it set to Tivo the one on Brazil(or it's on next week, can't remember).

I friggin love this show!

It was pretty stellar.

Some bits I got sort of bored at, but most of it was top notch.

I really want to see the China one. I fear I have missed it.

And Charli, that makes two things: Mark Kozelek and Discovery Atlas. BFF!! :)

Are you actually moving to Aus? Where abouts are you moving to?

Of course, because all the inland towns are incredibly boring - believe me, I grew up in one. Some of them are cool to visit, but they're all way too small for me (and get pretty much no bands touring through them either). Without being bothered to look it up, I'll bet the biggest inland city is Toowoomba, which can't be bigger than 70,000.

And no need to worry about the snakes and spiders - no one here does (well, until they get bitten I guess)
