under "Visualizer" , make sure iScrobbler is checked, then under Visualizer, select turn it off/on and there is a gear up in the top right where it says options and you click that and it should pull up the username / password dialog box.

it's definitely not working over here. i've been playing music pretty much constantly since yesterday afternoon. oh well

g, and timmyjoe...thanks for the help, but I figured out my problem...I'm running on OSX 10.1.5, and iScrobbler requires at least 10.2, so either I need to get a different audio player or update my computer

it looks like the group page hasn't updated in awhile, because I alone have 701 Collective Soul plays.
I know they need new equipment and have been begging for money, like every other independent internet site/software company, so I think they might only be updating the page once a week or something.
