Well, dammit, I had a good time last night! Got home too late, have not had much sleep and need to get ready for work. But, wanted to share the following --

Cursive have been touring for about a month now and are gonna make their way back to the midwest and east coast. If you have the chance to see 'em, take the opportunity to do so. They've got a horn section and a cellist accompanying them onstage -- thought it was kick ass! You may not catch them with The Thermals and Eastern Youth, which is too bad. But, if you're a Jeremy Enigk fan, that's who they're accompanying on the next leg of the tour.

Now, can you tell me what I'm supposed to do with a signed drumhead?

A signed drumhead from Cursive's drummer Clint Schnase? Not a whole lot in my opinion.

The whole band signed it.

It even has a special message, "Don't cry, Cursive *heart* you!" I thought it was funny.

That sucks. I'm digging that new Thermals album.

I'd consider mounting it if you have a ton of rock memorabilia like that, other than that I would personally throw it in a closet with all the other random crap I am saving for sentimental reasons.

Does Tim Kasher have a beard right now?

And regarding the rock memorabilia, I have countless of signed posters, other drumheads, even a signed cooking pot used as an instrument. One day, I'll hang all that shit up in my "Entertainment Room".
