Why is it that the instructions to make it always say to use water, but using milk instead makes it taste soooo much better?

I hear that a l'l bit o' water breaks down the fiber content quicker then you add milk, your own version of sweetness if at all, etcetera. But now I got to try that milk only method.

Two packets of peaches & cream oatmeal.

Add boiling water, stir until pasty.

Add milk, stir until creamy.


That's the correct formula.
