yes, should be a fun time. i've liked annuals a lot every other time i've seen them, and they're still getting better each time. hopefully they'll keep that moving this time around.

i'm more curious to see if art brut's frontman wins me over the way everyone says he can...

Saw these guys tonight and they put on a blistering performance. I think they were a bit disappointed at the unenthusiastic crowd but they didn't let it dampen their spirits. There's some heavy metal influence in there and maybe some ...Trail of Dead. I bought the LP but haven't given it a listen yet. They definitely put a smile on my face.

Tapes 'n Tapes was the headliner and they didn't fail to disappoint either.

The first opening band was called Mouse Fire (or Fire Mouse) and they were damn good too. I think they are local (Northeast FL).
