I totally blew this off the other night, but it looked like it woulda been a pretty great night. . You should go.

This was pretty great though I left halfway through Madlib's set since it sounded like he was sitting on a couch, half-stoned and rapping.

PB Wolf's set was pretty awesome. He synched up all these old hip hop videos to his turntables or whatever he was using and scratched the videos in time with the music.

Guilty Simpson = one of the best hip hop names ever.

Yeah, that would be my main draw. What little I've heard of PB Wolf was pretty meh.

I went out and bought the Chrome Children cd today and it comes with a dvd of a show from SXSW 2006 that I tried to get in to but it was guestlist only.

that's because pb wolf is a dj and doesn't really create music.

I thought it was awesome last night that PB Wolf and J Rocc kept making comments during their DJ sets. Just like stupid nerdy stuff that only a DJ would think of.
