1. Seven months of my work down the toilet

2. Ten months of my wife's work down the toilet

Total loss of revenue: $80,000

Other than needing to research the location of the nearest soupline, life is good.

I'll send you some soup so at least you don't have to stand in line.

Wow, you weren't kidding when you made the "I wish my problems were this small" comment yesterday. Sorry to hear that you're going through such real problems. I hope all goes well for you.

Nope. Mostly due to a backstabbing business partner. Makes it even feel better, somehow.

Oh Rads, I am so sorry to hear about your misfortune. Your business partner sounds like he's in cahoots with Red's coworker...meaning they're equal bastards.

I need a roommate to share a $650 a month apartment now that I am single. I don't really want to live with someone slightly older and a true professional type, but I don't really want a douchbag college student. I'm willing to have a female roommate, but I'm guessing that's too creepy for most girls.
Other than that, I've got no complaints, the phone company is no longer dicking me around and I'm pretty much current with my creditors.

Did we miss something? weren'ty you talking engagement recently?

I have the prospects of an election that is too close to call, and then not having a job on November 8.

The fact that I have UGA v. auburn tix the next weekend should allow me to push off the malaise for a few days. Then, I need to hit the bricks hard.

I could use more money.

My boss is being a douche, but that's pretty much par for the course.

My car's check engine light has come on 4 times since I bought it in February.

Also, I need to get laid.

I don't recall talking about engagement any time recently. I'm sure it popped up a few times in the last year or two. We officially broke up in August, stayed living together in an amicable manner until this week. She moved in with a friend from work and is still moving crap out of our place.
Our relationship basically ended due to future prospects. I couldn't move for a better job if I was offered one, so I never really applied for jobs outside of Lincoln and she wasn't quite sure if she wanted to finish college or what she wanted.

I've known a lot of guys who place ads looking for roommates and mention that women are usually cleaner than men so that's why they want a female roommate. It might work for you. I found my male roommate through roommates.com and he's fine 90% of the time.

<------- def. not cleaner than a man.

no one will give me a credit card.

i was supposed to go to santa fe in two weeks to see my brother, sister-in-law and niece, and that is quickly falling through.

i need a vacation.

i hate my job.

ditto to red's comment about assholes and finding people to love, etc. all of my friends have moved away and i feel very, very lonely in that regard.

i think that's about it, on the bright side those friends are in town and it's going to be a great weekend.

Easy there.
And no one's really sure where Breed is these days. Could be in the clink, could be lurking in the bushes outside. You just don't know.

And that's enough out of you considering you've got an electorate to hammer on and install your boy into office.

Eyes on the prize, mang.
