You probably received a strange message in your myspace account asking to confirm an identity. Let me come clean with you - I was using your dormant astasiastock deviantart account to play a little prank on some music board buddies of mine. Essentially I registered a female name "Melissa" and used a pic of you in my avatar and signature and posted a few of the other costume pictures in halloween threads. It was a prank that was supposed to end about a week from now, but somebody snuffed out your actual location and then contacted you because they were suspicious.

I apologize if this creeps you out in any way. I should have gotten permission to use your photos. My intention is that you would have never known about this in any way, since it was just a short term prank amongst people who you would never meet anyway. In any case, I had no idea who you even were or what your account was until I needed to put a face to a name and I was browsing photo galleries on deviantart and other sites. Your stock gallery had enough variation to give me some material to work with for a couple of weeks. Please know that I'm not some weird stalker who intends on contacting you further, and "melissa" was outed on the music message board in question, so the issue is essentially dead. If you still want the links to threads, I can provide them to you myself.

Again, I apologize if this weirds you out. It was not my intention that things would go down this way, and I should've handled it differently at the outset.
