Hey welcome back CP. Feel like you haven't been around. I'll turn images back on.

I've been really busy lately, and i've been going out way too much for my own good. I've finally stayed in tonight, and while it felt weird and shitty earlier it's actually turned out to be kind of nice.

....damn. Fingers and boobs.

I'll leave the critiques to those more knowledgable than I, but damn those look professional.

I really like the first one a lot. Nice job.

Is it for sale by any chance? I need some more artwork around the house.

I will draw something for you specifically. I draw everyday, usually in my sketchbook, but i'll go and pick up some nice paper soon to draw on so that it'll last a while.

w00t. I can't wait. Thanks. I'll be framing it once I get it so you can tell all your friends that you have your work being "exhibited" in Hawaii.

heya cp! the 3rd one is my favorite. interesting doodlings.

not a doodle, but this is the new cover i just finished for my forthcoming mix cd. the image was really clean, and was taken during the civil war. and of course i love birds, so they're guiding him along his journey.

i just had an opening the other day and scanned all the art, i should have them online in a week or two and i will share.

I hardly ever draw realistic stuff, but lately i've been trying to be well-behaved and to practice a bit. For awhile I was trying to do a drawing a day---e.g. lunch hour art---just drawing whatever was around me.

So... here's a lunchhour drawing...

Image

and here's my attempt at "painting" in Photoshop. There are some cool websites that show some step-by step examples of doing this. It's pretty fun.

a few weeks ago i placed ten of these
little pink acrylic paintings
around town - on top of buildings and other structures
and made people trespass or risk their lives to get them

[img][188:500]http://www.catswilleatyou.com/images/paintings/painting_0061_pinko_08.jpg[/img]

[img][229:500]http://www.catswilleatyou.com/images/paintings/painting_0057_pinko_04.jpg[/img]

and then as usual
i've been drawing lots from nude models
some babes and some creeps

[img][375:500]http://www.catswilleatyou.com/images/drawings/nonfiction/drawing_nf_0158_janet008.jpg[/img]

[img][650:488]http://www.catswilleatyou.com/images/drawings/nonfiction/drawing_nf_0152_robby002.jpg[/img]

heres some recent vector art (procrastinating at work)

[img][650:488]http://www.catswilleatyou.com/images/graphics/graphic_0017_preach.jpg[/img]

and a couple oil paintings i just made for stone

[img][271:500]http://www.catswilleatyou.com/images/paintings/painting_0066_jungletalk.jpg[/img]

now im hustling to finish up some presents and commissions and grad school applications ... then i can get some shit done

yeah. it's crazy. you just start out with a basic black outline and then start adding colour/light to it. course you can erase too, or work in layers, which is good.

Yeah... go here and check out his tutorials: http://www.simplestroke.com/workshop.html
