Here's Borat on Jonathan Ross, sort of UK equivalent of Jay Leno.

I was watching this when it was broadcast and spat tea when he showed the pictures of his wife.

The thing I noticed about watching the Leno clip and then the Ross clip is how much more you can get away with on British TV.

The thing I noticed about watching the Leno clip and then the Ross clip is how much more you can get away with on British TV.


It is also amazing that, one year ago, a comedian wouldn't hesitate to use the same material on the BBC and on US television - now, thanks to Youtube, they really have to bring something new to every show.

But yea, US television is way more censored than UK. My wife, who grew up just north of Oxford, laughs about how prudish the US networks are, especially late-night programming.
