the coolest musical experience of ALL TIME. onstage at the Troubadour with the MFing Wrens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry to sound so god damn dorky, but truly, this was awesome.

everyone on stage was singing along like members of the band. the wrens have some really hardcore fans. the stage was totally packed with fans.

at the troub...i'm not shitting you...there were at least 20 if not 30 of us up there! pure awesomeness. this is def one of my fave shows of all time. asobi seksu and bon savants didn't hurt either.

yeah, I've done it a few times (friendly with the drummer and I usually tend to be up front at their shows so he always spots me)

the best was at cmj last year when I was completely hammered...

I saw the wrens at the unfortunately titled "Be the Riottt" music festival on Saturday. They were the only band that I liked there, except for the first half of the metric's set. However, my friend said that it was the worst Wrens show he ever saw, but I still thought they were super.
