What makes their performance worse for their fans is that now the 49ers have a better record. It's never good to have a worse record than the 49ers, and I say this as a 49ers fan.

They were talking about how Gibbs is not likely to put in their younger more athletic, mobile, and accurate quarterback. I think Gibbs won't be coaching next year.

It is just awful to watch them play. I switched channels and then was subject to the heartbreaking consecutive loss of NE. Not a good football day for me, except for the niners win, which never air out here.

I think Gibbs died three months ago, and they have his corpse rigged with muscle-softening fluids to prevent rigor mortis and a complicated system of pullies and wires.

Simply disgraceful football. Brandon Lloyd should have to donate every penny he's collected from the team to local charities, because he's a worthless fuck.

haha. Did you see Click? I think Gibbs has one of them controllers and is fastforwarding through this season.

Lloyd ain't all that bad. The weather was pretty crappy. However, he did pretty damn good when he was with the 49ers. I saw him play at Candlestick or whatever coporate sponsor name it has now in a pre-season game against the raiders and he made one of the most amazing catches I have ever seen, at least from the stands.

The last two times I've seen Gibbs on television (I think with George Michael both times), he talked about wanting to spend time with his grandkids. To me, that means he's done. However, Joe Jacoby said on the radio this week that he has little doubt that Gibbs will be back.

He is a stubborn bastard and they're having an awful season. Everyone talks about how great a coach he is. I think it should be WAS. Just give the new guy a chance. Maybe he'll lead a team to an offensive victory.

Gibbs takes no chances. It's frustrating to watch. Plus, they need to give Brunell a damn walker out there in the shotgun. haha

I had a boss who would bet on all kinds of games. One day he lost almost 10 grand. I nearly shit myself.

My one friend is a die-hard skins fan and has bet on every single one of the games. Seemingly it was done out of honor but he has lost a decent chunk of change.

EDIT: Ok. Back to my hockey game.

What's Lloyd got, like five catches this year, nice job picking up for Moss when he's dinged up.

And it would be nice to Campbell start a game...or the rest of the damned season.

At least we didn't get swept by Dallas.

Honestly, I don't think it's necessarily Lloyd's fault. A lot of it falls on GIbbs and Brunell. Moss hasn't had that great a season and neither has Cooley.

Brunell is afraid to scramble and he under throws and over throws all the time. They have plenty of people on the team that should be big players but they never get it and I don't think it's really their fault.

And on an unrelated note, Willie Parker just gave NO the business on that drive.

Redskins are probably my least favorite team. Part of this is me being a lifelong Eagles fan. Part of this is that I hate the way Dan Snyder runs the team. Part of this is the racist name.

Anyway, it was fun to see the Eagles kick their ass. Clearly the Eagles still aren't quite firing on all cylinders, but it was a good week for them. With Minnesota, New Orleans, and Atlanta losing, they have more of a shot of getting back in the playoff mix.

Jason Campbell is starting on Sunday. No online source (because I didn't look), but I heard it on the radio.
