Songs that remind you of a particular poster, whether they know about it/ would agree or not.

FT - "Zoloft" by Ween, because they spell it out, "Gimme that Z... O-L-O-F-T." So everytime I hear that, Bob's face pops into my head.

Haq - "Pretty Girl" .... also by Ween, strangely enough. "There's a sweater-wearin, coat-totin," etc. at the begininng, ties in with Loog's cardigan accusations.

Someone else must do this. I cannot be the only one.

I do this. I'm drawing blanks right now, though.

I also associate that last Nada Surf album with the Neuros, since I got it while in Boston.

The Pernice Brothers always remind me of ayah, as before I even met her she's the one who "introduced" me to them via lauding on the board.

Well, my nickname in college was Dave-O and I used that Moldy Peaches song Downloading Porn With Dave-O for my radio show.

...because not everyone can use The Final Countdown.

(alternately TMBG "Minimum Wage" or Minutemen "This Ain't No Picnic.")

robotboy's is just too obvious... the GBV song from whence he got his screen name.
Spade Kitty: "Strutter" because he's the SK honcho and a Kiss fanatic, of course.

The longer this thread goes, the more theme songs Frosted will claim to have. Let's keep at it, people.

And may I suggest a theme song for the board:
"100 Punks" by Generation X:

They customized their gear and synchronized
The flame out in the streets with flame in their eyes
Guerilla operator ain't heard of cool
Check out any wall - one hundred punks rule
One hundred punks rule

A hundred punks run with London town
Down Wardour Street to the Soho Sound
Don't sleep all week only when they fall down

A hundred Rumble boys and Tumble girls
Protected by steel in a private world
Tomorrow's next faces advertise today
And the studs on their backs say
One hundred punks rule
One hundred punks rule

A hundred punks run the loaded gun
They look so sharp they look like one
If you ain't got the look you'll never be one

A hundred punks run with total suss
A hundred good mates you know you'll trust
There's never no bother and there's never no fuss
Check out any wall - one hundred punks rule
One hundred punks rule

Fat Mike's number 101 - knows one day he'll be one
Watch him - watch him Go!

A hundred punks run the leather army
nobody's side not at home with TV
Even when I'm down I hear 'em sing for me
Check out any wall - One hundred punks rule
One hundred punks rule

Check out any wall - One hundred punks rule
One hundred punks rule
I checked out all the walls - One hundred punks rule
One hundred punks rule O.K.

interesting that you chose the adjective over the noun in that sentence to question

Borat's "Throw the Jew Down the Well" reminds me of PopTodd.

I read "Neuros" as "Necros" so now I'll always associate the Necro's cover of "Walking the Dog" with the Neuros.

Makes sense, as I've been taking it off and on for years.

I know its probably blatant cheating, but Blur's "Badhead" seems to fit my bill.
