Don't have access to the game, but I'll assume a punt return worth mentioning here was indeed kick-ass. At any rate, wouldn't a Rutgers victory over WVU mean more if the Mountaineers win tonight?

Don't you mean a WV loss would have guaranteed Rutgers the Title? Slaton and White both having 200yds rushing is huge, if the Mountaineers actually had a stout defense I'd say they beat Rutgers by at least 14, but the Scarlet Knights might win by grinding it out and keeping the WV offense off the field.
