I believe that it was decided by the Council of ElGARS in Atlanta that Musberger is JAIL. Thus, he cannot be despised.

That's actually in the rule book. It's not a judgement call.....a roughing the passer penalty on a qb scrambling and throwing the ball at the last second on his way out of bounds with the guy already leaping at him before the ball is released is suspect.
