the used cd store downstairs has suicide's second album doubled up with something else by them (can't remember but it's not the first album) for $20. it says it's an import. amg is so slow i can't look it up. i've seen the second alum online for $18 which i never really pay for a single cd.

don't know if this is helpful or not, but on amazon.com, they have it listed new for 18.98. Djangos.com didn't have any used copies so I couldn't compare.

edit: half.com has the 2 cd set listed as low as 12.75 and as high as 15. It doesn't say whether the copies are imports or not though.

I'm used, and am worth about $9.75 (after shipping and handling, that is).

I'm no help either. I mean, I'd pick up Suicide's first album, but I see it more as a sort of pop culture artifact than anything I'd actually enjoy listening to - so IMO the second album (which was produced by Ric Ocasek, wasn't it?) is kinda non-essential.

(c) download it, put it on my company's ftp site and you can pull from there yourself.

If it's worth anything, I've wnated to buy that same CD for awhile. I've been told it is the best Suicide album to pick up. But... everytime I've seen it it's been pricey. I feel your pain.
