I finally got around to start watching the entire series from the beginning as I finally bought season three.

I'm about halfway through season two. Buster still has two hands. And I am so glad that it is still so hilarious. Even when I know a joke is coming, I still laugh hard.

And it gets so much more brilliant the more you watch it.

Highlights of the past few episodes:

Gob: "Yeah, the guy wearing the $4000 suit is holding the elevator for the guy who doesn't make that in four months! Come on!"

Tobias: "Well, yes, but I’m afraid I prematurely shot my wad on what was supposed to be a dry run, if you will, so now I’m afraid I have something of a mess on my hands."

Michael: "There are just so many poorly chosen words in that sentence."

Do either of you get the channel G4? Arrested Development is on every weeknight at 11:30 Eastern Time. Re-runs, obviously, but for those of us who didn't catch every single episode, it's a good way to catch up.

The guy and I just knocked off season two the other week. We had to stop and rewind a few times, because we were laughing so much during certain jokes. I had all ready seen those episodes before, but they just don't get old.

There's so many jokes I missed the first time.

When Gob is discussing his divorce with Barry:

"I just want my wife back!"

Barry: "Save it for the stand, Tom Jane."

I just watched a few episodes today. This one line cracks me up every time, from the ep. where Buster was asking George Michael to buy him pot.

George Michael, not wanting to rat out his uncle Buster: "No, it was for me. I was going to smoke the marijuana like a cigarette."

Mrs. Featherbottom: "Okay, who'd like a banger in the mouth? Oh right, I forgot. Here in the States, you call it a sausage in the mouth."

Michael: "We just call it a sausage."

George Michael: "Gangee's having an anniversary party? Is Franklin going to be there?"

Gob: "See that, Mike? Kids love Franklin."

George Michael: "I just don’t want him to point out my cracker ass in front of Ann."

Gob's wife: "I am in love with your brother-in-law."

Gob: "You're in love with your own BROTHER?"

+++++++

Michael to Gob: "Get rid of the Seaward"

Gangee standing right behind Michael: "I'll leave when I am good and ready."

+++++++

And every time I see the episode where Gob chips a tooth and starts whistling his S's I laugh uncontrollably.

You know, Michael, if I may take off my acting pants for a moment and pull my analrapist stocking over my head, George Michael has been acting strange lately. I think he may have developed what we in the soft sciences refer to as obsessive-compulsive disorder. Or the O.C. disorder.

I watch this show before falling asleep about 2-3 nights a week and I'll still laugh so hard I wake the girl up.

I haven't even heard most of those lines and I'm trying not to laugh at my desk!

I personally like the one where the dad calls Michael a chicken and then the dad and the mom and the sister all do chicken impressions, but none of them are even remotely what a chicken sounds like or acts like, and Michael says "has anyone in this family even SEEN a chicken before?"

Oh God. The chicken stuff is hilarious. Typically me and my girl trade off doing those. Sometimes I do the one that Gob does and sometimes I do the one that the daughter does. For some reason her name is slipping me right now. I can't believe that. They're like a part of my family. They'd fit in pretty well too.
