Stratus is duo Mat Anthony and Martin Jenkins. Their debut album 'Fear of Magnetism' is out in spring 2005 on Klein Records, combining classic pop sensibilities and fragile electronica with touches of psychedelia, alt. country and a smear of garage rock.

I checked it out. Not bad. A lot of that stuff really isn't my bag but it was pleasant enough. Sounded a bit like a more chill M83.

yeah man, they are quite similar to M83.
