On my way to meet jagged for lunch, "Poundcake" just popped up on random, but instead of skipping ahead to another song...I TURNED IT UP!!!

I think I might be suffering some sort of relapse...

Van Halen?

Perhaps you were feeling nostalgiac? You did used to be a pop-metalhead, right?

It's dismissable...I doubt any long term damage has been done.

Ain't no shame. I did this to Cinderella's "Bad Seamtress Blues/Falling Apart At The Seams" just this morning.

Def Leppard's "Rock Of Ages" has been in my head for weeks!
So, it's cool.

It's hard to beat a song that opens with a powerdrill-next-to-guitar-pickups intro. Not impossible, but damn hard.

You make a very valid point.

I guess I'd just feel a lot better about this if it would have happened with a DLR-era VH tune.

The worst incident for me was when I was looking for a cd to play in the car, Loverboy's 'Lovin' Every Minute of It' came on, and I waited until it finished before I put in the disc.

WHOA-OH WHOA-OH

I'm still looking for a cheap copy of "Get Lucky".

I sang/screamed Def Leppard's "Too Late for Love" to my wife on and off throughout yesterday evening and night.

Oh hell yes. What are there, like 14 layers to those vocals?

Are you a yourmusic.com member?

It's the deeee-luxe version, even.

Ha... I purchased Jim Noir on ebay and went through the seller's other items and bought Get Lucky since adding an item was not much in cost or shipping. That's crazy that you said... by the way, this replaces my 8-track from the early 80's I think.
