Ted Leo has announced the details of his new album, due to be released next year via Touch and Go Records.

Produced by Fugazi's Brendan Canty, the new album will be titled Living With The Living and is due for release in March 2007.

yeah, i kinda sensed this was his new direction from some of the songs i heard him play in september. i'll obviously hear it, but i'm not exactly holding out for something that gets to me like tyranny of distance.

were the new songs more in the shake the sheets vein, or in a different direction altogether?

i really want to like this.

the new songs were really raw - sounded a bit more punk than normal ted leo. maybe they cleaned it up on record, though.

I like the song titles. I think that Ted is at his best when he gets political. But then "Shake the Sheets" is my favorite Ted Leo album.
