Are you kidding, man? these rule! Sure, it's not a ton of money, but we get one every year! Who else gets that? I'll take an extra 100 bucks in my paycheck annually. Though if your with the feds, it's really all about getting a grade increase.

It usually comes out to about an extra $45-50(just did the math) a paycheck after taxes which is always nice but it's not significant either. Now my step increase in July will be nice....not sure when i'll have a chance to get a higher grade...i may have to move back to the NW....and soon.
