So, we are coming back for Chritmuh. Leaving here Friday the 22nd. Most likely departing December 29, but that is always up for debate. It really depends if we wanna go to the Peach Bowl, which we are leaning yes on.

So, Bob and Shawn...I expect at least a Chipotle run and/or beer garden visit. Also, see if there's any shows or what have you. Femgar won't admit it, but she had a BLAST at the Old 97's.

Also, Phil (and Deena) and Collin. I am pretty sure we are set on hitting Austin on the 27th. I know Phil said they may be out of town, and Collin, you may be in Dallas, but I expect to at least meet yo punk ass.

Let me know either here or PM.

It is truly great news to hear TEH GARS are returning to DAT TEJAS!!! We;ll have to do more this time than just a mere Chipotle meet-up. The Gourds would have been a fun show for us to hit, but that's on the 29th. Reverend Horton Heat's playing on 12/23, but that would really be going to a show just for the sake of going to a show.

Hell, let's just pick a night to go to some local dive for GAHHHHHHHHHHH leading to OPEN DEATH. I would think that Saturday night (23rd) might be best. If that works for you and FEMGAR, I'll get jagged on board. Maybe he'll even bring out SHEJAG. Regardless, at some point during your visit, I will need to give you the grand tour of FRACLANDS.

I hope you guys making a late December stop in Big D will become an annual tradition.

I saw Horton Heat about 10 years ago at the Georgia Theatre. Around the time "Martini Time" was a hit. fun show. I blacked the fuck out about halfway through.

Just knowing Femgar and her parents, I think we should shoot for the 26th. By that time we will have been there a little while, etc...

Also, yeah, I think we will be making it out there AT LEAST once a year, and probably more. I know she has some huge weeklong conference out there in Late Jan/Feb, so I will be coming for a weekend then as well most likely.

For some reason, I seem to be the only person on earth who LIKES TEH Metroplex.

26th sounds good. That's a Tuesday, right?

Glad you'll be back again in another month or so. Yeah, gotta LURV DAT METROPLEX.

I have NO CONCEPT of what day of the week anything is, but I see where you're going with that 23rd thing. I will mention it. If it doesn't produce TEARS, then we will see. I still got your number, so I'll holler whence we get there, but we can always keep this going.

And I am sure jagged is down for whatever, even mutilating a dead body ;)

We'll bring more pics as well. and a wheelbarrow for Femgars left hand.

Deena's opening her store the 26th, 27th and 28th, so let's hook it on up.

I endorse Phil's full group shindig plan for the 23rd.

You should still be in a TEARS-free zone this soon after the honeymoon.

I floated the idea and it was met with a tentative OK. If y'all set it up w. a meeting place, etc, I can make it happen.

FUCK YEAH!!

I'll be in OK on the 23rd, so I'm out if you guys get it going on Saturday...but if that's the only day that Phil & Co can come up, go for it

I'll be back on the 26th, so we can do a little something after that...I'm off work that whole week after Xmas, so even if you just wanna do something during the day to get out of the house, I'll be down...it's whatever, just let me know

The best thing about this? It gives me ANOTHER excuse to gorge myself on chipotle AND the presence of SHEJAG makes everything even easier.

Hey Frac -- get a pony keg for the Phil-Collin/Diamond Dave SHOWDOWN ;)

Even if we get it on like Donkey Kong while you and SHEJAG are counting tumbleweeds up in OK, we definitely need to get together and do something after you two get back home, before TEH GARS go back to Bammy.

We're in, for sure. Phil-Collin, let's make it happen.

It's up to you to make it so, P'Aja. Get Colin and Deena up here with you, so we can do it up right on the 23rd!

i'm not sure who posthumus is. it looks like my job just screwed me out of the final three days of my vacation, thereby potentially screwing us out of any hope to go up to IL/WI, given starbucks impeccable ability to make sure that Deena disappears more thoroughly than Amelia Earhart whenever i have time off to begin with.

I might just have to metra up on my own and get shitty and then someone will have to put me on the train back to A-TX.

What's Colin's plan? I still think we may hit ATX on the 27th, its kind of all in flux.

Bob, you and me and Femgar can still do the Snookie's thing, and if posthumus or phil-collin show up, even better.
