I miss Brett...

He is beautiful, no matter what you say

Footage of Brett Anderson covering Christina Aguilera has surfaced online.

The former Suede singer, currently on hiatus from The Tears, can be seen covering her hit 'Beautiful' on a piano.

The clip can be seen below.

As previously reported, Anderson has completed a solo album, due to be released next year.

"I've lived with the songs for so long and I still love them. I suppose that means something," said the singer.

However, the 'Beautiful' cover is unlikely to appear on the collection.

I'm one of the biggest Suede fans on this board and i actually enjoyed that Tears album.

Does it compare to the Clem Snide version? I guess i should check it out.

I think it's ok...a bit bland. I think it would better with a full fledged band.

Well, it's just him at home. It's not like it was an actual performance. Though, if I were sitting next to him on the piano while he sang, I'd be all a twitter!
